Rates
$150 for the initial session and $150 per subsequent 50-minute sessions.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I am in-network with most BlueCross BlueShield plans, Aetna, Cigna, United HealthCare, United Behavioral Health (Optum), and MedCost. I also participate in Employee Assistance Programs with Cigna Behavioral Health, Aetna, and United Behavioral Health (Optum). In addition, private pay options are available if I am not in your insurance plan network.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash and all major credit/debit cards (excluding American Express) are accepted for payment. No personal checks, please.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or if you cancel a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice, you may be required to pay a late cancellation fee of $80.00.
